Spaghetti Carbonara


ingredients: pasta, parsley, butter, bacon, eggs, salt, chicken broth, onion, parmesan cheese
 cook the bacon
 once cooked let cool so you can cut up into small pieces
 boil the salt and the water
 cook the pasta for about 10 minutes
 saute the onion in 2 Tb of bacon grease then add the bacon
 drain the pasta then add to the bacon mixture
toss in butter and chicken broth. then remove from heat and quickly stir in the eggs
add in the parmesan and parsley

Recipe:
1/2 lb bacon
2 Tb butter
2 Tb parsley
4 Qts water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb pasta
2 eggs
1/4 cup chicken broth
add the amount of parmesan cheese you desire

Directions:
cook the bacon then let cool and cut up into small pieces
boil the salt and water then cook the pasta for about ten minutes.
saute the onion in 2 Tb bacon grease then add the bacon. Drain the pasta then add to the bacon mixture. Add in the butter and chicken broth. Remove from heat then quickly stir in the eggs. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs. stir in the parmesan and parsley.

Beef Stroganoff


Ingredients: sour cream, butter, beef gravy, rice, and optional noodles
also steak is needed.
Cut the steak into small peices
about 1/4 cup of flour is needed
sprinkle the flour on the steak and cover completely
melt about 2-3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet
add the meat and cook
cook until brown
add the gravy and cook unil it starts to bubble
add the sour cream
mix together and once it starts to bubble place into a bowl for serving.
cook the rice
if desired also cook pasta
serve together add salt if needed

Recipe: for serving 4-5
thin steaks cut up in small pieces
2-3 tablespoons butter
about 1/4 cup flour
8 oz. or about 1 cup of sour cream
3 cans beef gravy
make about 3 cups rice
pasta: optional

Directions:
cut up the meat and melt the butter on a skillet. cover the meat in the flour and cook on the buttered skillet. cook till browned then add the gravy. once the gravy starts to bubble add the sour cream and stir together. allow to bubble and place in a serving bowl. serve with rice and noodles.




Barbecued Brisket

 Ingredients: liquid smoke, brisket, garlic salt, onion salt, barbecue sauce, celery salt, pepper
pour liquid smoke over the brisket
season with salts and pepper
wrap in foil let sit overnight
cook until fork tender about 5-7 hours
cook so a fork can easily pierce the meat
cut the meat
pick a barbecue sauce you want
drown the meat in th sauce
serve warm by baking for one more hour or less

Recipe:
5-6 lbs brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt
salt
pepper
barbecue sauce

Directions:
place brisket on a baking sheet. pour liquid smoke over the meat. and sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. cover with foli and marinate over night. or around 8 hours. before baking pour off liquid and sprinkle with salt and pepper. replace foil. bake 5-7 hours in a 275 degree oven. remove from oven and cut. pour barbecue sauce over meat and bake for another hour.
