 place Rice Krispies in a bowl
 in a saucepan combine peanutbutter and semi-chocolate chips
 stir until melted and smooth
 pour over the cereal
 add in marshmallows and peanuts
 stir until incorporated
 drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper
let chill to set up.

Recipe:
3 Cups Rice Krispies
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup semi chocolate chips

 Ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream

 add the eggs one at a time
 add in the vanilla and sour cream
 sombine together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder
 mix in the dry ingredients -add more flour as needed. to form a dough

 divide the dough and wrap in plastic wrap
 let chill over night
 flour a surface and roll out the dough

 use a circle cookie cutter
 place on parchment paper and bake for about 6-7 minutes- until slightly golden on the sides
 let cool
 for the icing: cream together butter and vanilla
 gradually add in powdered sugar

 add in about 3 or more Tb whipping cream- add till desired consistency

frost and add sprinkles

Recipe:
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter-softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
combine 2 1/2  cups flour, baking soda, ando baking powder- set aside
in a bowl cream the butter and sugar until light, add in the eggs one at a time until incorporated. add in the vanilla and sour cream and mix at a low speed. add in the dry ingredients -dough needs to be the right consistency for rolling so add more sugar as needed. add 1/4 cup at a time. divide the dough in two then wrap in plastic wrap. let chill over night.
preheat oven to 425 degrees.  line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
flour a work area and roll out the dough until about 1/4in thick. cut using a circle cookie cutter. place on the cookie sheets and bake for about 6-7 minutes or until sides start to turn a pale golden. place on a cooling wrack.

Icing:
1/2 butter-softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
3Tb whipping cream

Directions:
cream the butter and vanilla. slowly beat in the powdered sugar. add in the whipping cream. add in more until desired consistency. Frost the cooled cookies and add sprinkles.

Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies


 Ingredients: vanilla, flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, butter, milk chocolate chips and egg
 place 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a ziplock bag, seal, then place in the microwave
 warm unil chocolate is melted then sit aside
 in a bowl cream the sugars and butter
 add in the egg and vanilla
 add in all the dry ingredients and mix
 stir in about 1 cup of chocolate chips
 in a greased cupcake pan place enough batter to cover the bottom (uses 10 places)
 pipe some chocolate on each cookie
 pplace another cookie on top of the chocolate
let cook until golden
serve warmed with icecream if desired

Recipe:
1 stick butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 Tb vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
about 10oz milk chocolate morsels

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees and greased cupcake pans. (makes about 10). In a ziplock bag place 1/2 cup of chocolate chips then seal the bag and place in the microwave until chocolate is melted; set aside.
in a bowl cream the sugars and butter until light and fluffy. add in the egg and vanilla. Mix in all the dry ingredients until incorporated. Stir in about 1 cup of chocolate chips.
In each cupcake slot place enough batter to fill the bottom then pipe the chocolate in the center and cover with another cookie. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Slide a knife around the sides to remove easier. If desired for serving place in the microwave to warm then top with icecream and chocolate sauce or anything else desired.

Cherrio Chews


 ingredients: vanilla, peanutbutter, corn syrup, sugar, cherrios
 boil the sugar and corn syrup
 boil for one minute
 add peanutbutter and vanilla
 add in the cherrios
drop on parchment paper

Recipe:
1 cup peanutbutter
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups cherrios

Directions:
in a saucepan combine the sugar and corn syruop and let boil for one minute. turn off heat and add in the peanutbutter and vanilla and cherrios. mix well and drop on parchment paper

Chocolate Drop Cookies


 Ingredients: butter, salt, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, milk, lemon juice, baking soda, salt, flour
 combine the cocoa, flour, baking soda, and salt
 cream the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs

 for the milk add the lemon juice to curdle it

 mix in the flour mix and milk to the butter mixture. alternating between the two
 drop spoonfuls on a greased sheet
 bake for about 8-10 minutes
 for the icing. melt butter in a saucepan
 add in powdered sugar, vanilla and cocoa

 add in tablespoons of hot water until desired consistency

drizzle over cookies

Recipe:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 +1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk + 1/2 Tb lemon juice

Directions:
cream the butter, sugar, egg, and vailla until smooth. combine the milk and lemon juice. also in a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. add in the milk and flour mix to the butter mixture alternating between the two until well incorporated. drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 8-10 minutes then let cool.

Recipe: icing
1/2 stick butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Tb cocoa powder
2-4 Tb hot water

Directions:
melt the butter in a saucepan then turn off the heat and add in the vanilla, powdered sugar, and cocoa. then add in the water until desired consistency add more water if necessary. drizzle on top of cookies.

Cotton Candy Sugar Cookies


 ingredients: cotton candy, shortening, butter, egg, salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, flour, and sugar
stir together the shortening, butter, sugar, and egg

stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
add in the cotton candy

stir till well mixed

shape into balls then place on a greased cookie sheet

cook for about 8 minutes
let cool.
Recipe:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter softened
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 1/4 + 1/8 cup flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
about 1 1/2 cups cotton candy or as much as desired

Directions:
heat the oven to 400 degress. stir together the butter, shortening, sugar and egg. until mixed then stir in the flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. stir in the cotton candy until well mixed.
Form balls then placed on greased cookie sheets. Bake for about 6-8 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. let cool.

Peanut butter Cookies


 Ingredients: peanutbutter, butter, egg, salt, sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, and baking powder
 Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar
 add in the egg and mix
 add in all the other ingredients and mix till well blended
 form balls and place on a greased cookie sheet
 
 make a crisscross pattern with a fork the bake for about 8 minutes
or until brown on the sides
let cool

Recipe:
1/2 cup peanut butter

Vermont Maple Cookies


 ingredients: butter, sour cream, baking soda, maple extract, flour, walnuts, egg, salt, brown sugar
 cream the brown sugar, eggs, butter

 mix together dry ingredients
  stir in sour cream and flavoring
 stir in dry ingredients

 spoon onto greased cookie sheets
 bake for about 8 minutes
 for icing: heat butter until brown

 mix in powdered sugar
 add in maple flavoring
 add in about 2-4 TB hot water until desired consistency
pour over cookies and cool

Recipe:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp maple extract

1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
mix butter, eggs, and brown sugar. stir in sour cream and maple flavoring. mix dry ingredients together and stir into wet mixture. sppon into balls on a greased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Icing:
1/2 cup butter
2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp maple flavoring
2-4 Tb hot water

Directions:
heat the butter in a pan and stir until golden brown. stir in the powdered sugar and maple flavoring. stir in the hot water until desired consistency is reached then immediately pour over cookies and let cool.

Cake Pops


 Ingredients: cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake mix) icing, white chocolate, sticks, bags and ribbon
 make the cake mix as directed on the box


 cook till done then let cool completely
 Then crumble the cake with your hands
 add the icing (do a little bit at a time till you get the consistancy disired, the whole jar won't be used)
 mix with hands, the consistancy should be; that you're able to form balls and have them keep their shape
 form balls and place on a tray, place in a cold area (freezer or outside if its winter)
melt some white chocolate (add some crisco if desired) then dip part of the stick in the chocolate then place in the cake
melt some more chocolate then dip the cake balls into the chocolate and decorate. place bags on top and tie together with a ribbon if desired.

Recipe:
1 cake mix of your choice (make cake as directed on the box)
1 jar icing of choice (the whole jar may not be used)
white chocolate

Directions:
make the cake mix as directed and bake until done. let cool completely then cumble the cake with your hands. Add the icing a little at a time until the consistancy is where the cake can be formed into balls and will keep their form. Freeze the balls then melt some chocolate (add crisco if wanted) dip the end of the sticks in the chocolate then place into the cake. dip the balls into the chocolate and decorate. let dry. then place a bag over top and tie with a ribbon if desired.

Sticky Chocolate Walnut Cookies


 Ingredients: Sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, salt and walnuts
 set up a doubleboiler over rapidly boiling water
 add in the chocolate and condensed milk
 still until it thickens, about five minutes
 remove from heat and add graham cracker crumbs, vanilla, salt and chopped walnuts
 stir together
 spoon on greased cookies sheets and place a walnut half on top
cook for about 8-10 minutes then immediatly place on waxed paper to cool

Recipe:
2 1-oz squares unsweetend chocolate
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs finely ground
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
walnut half for on top of cookies

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
make a doubleboiler over rapidly boiling water and add in chocolate and condensed milk. stir until mixture thickens which is about five minutes. remove from heat and add graham cracker crumbs, vanilla, walnuts, and salt. stir until incorporated. quickly spoon onto greased cookie sheets and place a walnut half on top. bake for about 8-10 minutes. then immediately move to waxed paper to cool.


White Chocolate Chunk Blonde Brownies


Ingredients: eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, salt, flour, baking powder, white chocolate chunks, semi-sweet chocolate, vegetable oil, and walnuts

cream together the eggs, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla till light and fluffy

add in flour, baking powder, and salt till well blended
stir in walnuts and white chocolate
place in and ungreased pan
bake till golden and set about 20-25 minutes
microwave the semi-sweet chocolate and vegetable oil and drizzel over top
cut into bars once cooled
Recipe:
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag (12oz) white chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
cream the eggs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl till light and fluffy
beat in flour and baking powder and salt. stir in white chocolate and chopped walnuts. place in an ungreased pan 9*13. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and set. let cool. Melt chocolate and oil and drizzle over top. let cool then cut into bars


Peanutbutter Fudge



Ingredients: butter, peanutbutter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk
mix together the peanutbutter and marshmallow fluff, set aside
in a pot, place the evaporated milk, sugar, butter and vanilla

stir together constantly

still until soft ball stage is reached
test to check the soft ball stage, in cold water place some of the mixture and try to form a ball

stir the mixture into the peanutbutter

stir until incorporated

place in a greased pan and let sit then cut into squares

Recipe:
about 3 cups of peanutbutter
1 jar of marshmallow fluff (7oz)
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 Lg can evaporated milk
1 stick butter (imperial)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
stir together the peanutbutter and marshmallow fluff in a bowl and set aside
in a pot cook the sugar, butter, vanilla, and evapoarted milk stirring at all times. until soft ball stage (test this with water) then stir into the peanutbutter mixture. Pour into a greased 9*13 glass pan and let sit and cool then cut into squares.


Chewy Peanut Bars



Ingredients: peanutbutter, semi-sweet chocolate, corn syrup, peanuts wheaties, and brown sugar

combine the wheaties and chopped peanuts in a bowl
in a pot combine the brown sugar, peanutbutter, and corn syrup

cook and stir at all times. once boiling boil for one minute

pour over cereal mixture

place in a greased 9 in pan.

melt the chocolate and add a tiny bit of crisco if wanted

drizzle over top. let cool and cut into bars

Recipe:
4 cups wheaties
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup peanutbutter
3 Tb semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
spray a 9 in pan. in a bowl combine the wheaties, and peanuts.
in a saucepan combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, and peanutbutter stirring at all times. once it boils boil for 1 minute. then pour over cereal mixture. Press into the pan.
melt the chocolate and drizzle over the cereal let sit the cut into bars


Divinity


 Ingredients: water, egg whites, light corn syrup, vanilla, and sugar
 if wanted add in walnuts or peacans
 make sure the nuts are finely chopped
 in a bowl mix egg whites till soft peaks formed
 in a saucepan with a candy thermometer stir in water, corn syrup and sugar
 continue to stir till temperature is 248 degrees


 after the temperature has reached the heat. remove form heat and let sit without stirring until temperature drops to 220 degrees. then while the mixer is running gradually add in the syrup to the egg whites
 after a few minutes add in the vanilla
 when mixture starts to dry (usually around 15 minutes) add in the nuts
 mix till incorporated
 make balls and place on wax paper

Recipe:
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup warm water
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts or peacans (optional)

Directions:
Place sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan with a candy thermometer and cook while stirring to about 248 degrees. Remove form heat and let sit without stirring till temperature drops to 220 degrees.
Place eggs whites in a bowl and mix till soft peaks form. while mixing gradually add in syrup. Mix for a few minutes then add vanilla. Then mix till mixture starts to get dry ( you can tell by taking some of the mixture and trying to form a ball, if it keeps its shape its done) do not let get too dry. this will take about 15 minutes or so. before its dry add in the nuts if desired. Make mixture into balls and place on wax paper. enjoy. 


Puppy Chow


 ingredients: peanutbutter, chex cereal, butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and powdered sugar
 on wax paper sprinkle powdered sugar then add cereal over top
 Melt the butter in a saucepan then add in the rest of the ingredients
 stir till melted and smooth. pour over cereal
 stir until incorporated add more powdered sugar as needed until everything is coated

 mix the eggs until thick
 add in all the other ingredients except for powdered sugar
 mix till well incorporated
 use the pizzelle maker be sure to use pam before each pizzelle. cook till slightly browned
 dust with powdered sugar on both sides. place on a drying rack

 Ingredients for cupcakes: canola oil, baking soda, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, water, and white vinegar
 combine the dry ingredients
 whisk together the wet ingredients
 whisk the wet ingredients into the dry. do not over mix.
 fill cupcake liners and bake for about 20 minutes
 take out and cool once firm to touch
 ingredients for the meringue: egg whites, cream of tartar, superfine sugar
 combine the egg whites and cream of tartar
 mix till soft peaks
 add sugar then mix till stiff peaks form
 pipe onto cupcakes
 place cupcakes in the oven and turn on the broiler and let brown. be careful because it only takes a few minutes

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Tbs vanilla
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
combine the dry ingredients in a bowl the whisk together the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. slowly whisk wet ingredients into the dry. be careful to not over mix. Pour into cupcake liners about 2/3 full. bake for about 20 minutes or until firm to touch. let cool.

Recipe: meringue
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/3 cup superfine sugar (or regularsugar put in a food processor)

Directions:
mix the egg whites and cream of tartar till soft peaks form. Add in the sugar and mix till stiff peaks form. Place in a pastry bag and pipe onto cooled cupcakes. Place the cupcakes in the oven and turn on the broiler and let sit till meringue turns brown. be careful because it browns quickly.



Chocolate Peanutbutter Truffles


 Ingredients: cool whip, baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares, powdered sugar, and peanutbutter
 melt the chocolate in a microwave stirring often
 stir in the peanutbutter
 slowly stir in the cool whip, then refrigerate for about an hour
roll into balls then roll in powdered sugar

Recipe:
1/2 cup peanutbutter
8 oz. cool whip
8 oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate
powdered sugar

Directions:
melt the chocolate in a microwave stirring between minutes. stir in the peanutbutter then slowly stir in the cool whip. Refrigerate for about an hour. Roll into balls then roll into the powdered sugar. keep refrigerated.

Brownies


 Ingredients: butter, salt, flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and walnuts if desired.
 cream the melted butter and sugar
 add in the eggs
 stir in the flour, salt, cocoa powder, vanilla and walnuts if wanted
 pour into a greased pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes
 take out once browned and let cool
dust with sifted powdered sugar

 cream the softened butter and sugar together
 add in the eggs one at a time
 then alternate the flour and milk into the butter mixture
mix until incorpoarted then spoon into cupcake liners
 bake until browned
 about 15-20 minutes or more. they expand alot
 let cool before icing

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl cream the sugar and softened butter. Add in the eggs one at a time. add the vanilla then alternate the flour mixture and milk in three stages. mix well.
Divide batter into cupcakes tins. do not fill much more than half way because they expand alot. bake until browned about 20 minutes or more. cool completely before icing.

3 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 sticks softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
pinch salt
2 Tbs whipping cream

combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl
beat the butter then add vanilla. Beat in the salt and powdered sugar until incorporated then add in the whipping cream. Beat until light and fluffy. Place icing into a pastry bag with the tip of your choice. pipe icing on cupcakes. sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top.

 ingredients: dates, walnuts or pecans, egss, sugar, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, butter
 combine the flour. sugar, baking powder and salt
 chop up the dates and nuts
 be sure to remove the seeds
 add to the flour mixture
 lightly beat the eggs
 add in the eggs, vanilla and melted butter and stir until all the dry ingredients are wet
 cook in a greased pan for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
 let cool
 top with powdered sugar

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour

2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 tsp salt

Melting Moment Cookies



 Ingredients: cornstarch, butter, flour, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla
 whisk together the cornstarch, flour, and salt
 in a separate bowl cream the butter and powdered suagr together then add vanilla
 add the flour mixture and mix till well incorporated, chill till firm
 roll into little balls on parchment paper
 bake until slightly golden on the bottom
 sift powdered sugar
 sift the sugar over the cookies

in a separate bowl cream the sugar and butter together, then add vanilla, then add the flour mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
roll out dough into small 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. bake for 10-14 minutes or until bottom is starting to brown. Let cookies cool on pan for 5 minutes or longer then top with sifted powdered sugar.


O'Henry Bars



 Ingredients: butter, brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate, peanutbutter, vanilla, quick oats, corn syrup
 cream together the softened butter and brown sugar
 stir in the oats, vanilla, and corn syrup
 pat down the mixture into a jellyroll pan, or a cookie sheet with high sides. cook for 10-15 minutes
 let part of the chocolate and peanutbutter to sit on the hot oats, then add the rest to coat the top.
allow to cool and cut into bars

Recipe:
4 cups of quick oats
1 tablespoon vanilla
2/3 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cups peanutbutter

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
crean butter and sugar together. Stir in oats, vanilla, and corn syrup until well incorporated. pat down mixture into a jellyroll pan or a cookie sheet with high sides. bake for 10-15 minutes or until center in barely firm. While still warm sprinkle bars with bars with chocolate chips and small spoonfuls of peanutbutter. let sit for a few minutes. Then spread the chocolate and peanutbutter over the bars, swirling are you go to marbleize the two together. allow to cool then cut into bars.

Blackberry Whoopie Pies

For cake part: 
 Ingredients: Lemon Juice, milk, butter, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla, egg, sugar, flour
 in a bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking powder and salt
 in a separate bowl mix softened butter and sugar
 mix until fluffy
 add egg and vanilla, mix well.
 mix together till smooth
 combine lemon juice and milk (this will curdle the milk)
 add milk to the mixture
 mix in flour mixture
 mix till well combined. let chill for 30 minutes
 drop batter onto parchment paper
 place in oven for about 10-15 minutes until golden
 these do expand alot...
 so I used a cutter to make the circles
 Filling: vanilla, sugar, heavy cream, blackberries, lemon juice
 mix lemon juice, suagr, vanilla, and blackberries into a bowl.
 use a fork to break up the berries
 whip up heavy cream until firm
fold in berry mixture. let chill till use 
 Syrup: blackberries, water, sugar
 in a small saucepan place water and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, do not stir
 Puree berries in a food processor
 strain berries to remove the seeds. add sugar mixture to berries to help the juice move through easier
 add in the last of the berries to the syrup.
 to assemble place filling in between two cakes and top with syrup

1 3/4 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
9 tablespoons unsalted softened butter (1 stick plus 1 tablespoon)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degress and line baking sheets with parchment paper
in a bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
mix together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. add egg and vanilla, mix well. In a measuring cup combine milk and lemon juice (this will curdle the milk) mix into sugar mixture. Add in flour mixture. Mix till well combined. Chill for 30 minutes.
Drop the batter onto the parchment paper. They WILL expand. If desired press a few blackberries into the batter. Cook until golden or firm to the touch. about 10-15 minutes.

Filling:
1 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
combine sugar, blackberries, vanilla, and lemon juice. use the back of a fork to break up the berries. let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
mix the cream until it starts to thicken, fold in the berry mixture. use on the same day as making.

Syrup:
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of water
3 cups of blackberries

Directions:
Place sugar and water into a sauce pan and heat until sugar is dissolved without stirring. Puree half the berries and add the sugar mixture. strain the mixture to remove the seeds. Add the remaining berries to the mix and chill until ready to use. use on the same day as making. 

Chocolate Bottomed Meringues


 Ingredients: egg whites, vanilla, caster sugar, semi-sweet chocolate morsels, cream of tartar
 mix egg whites until foamy
 then add cream tartar, then beat until fluffy
 add caster sugar, (to make caster sugar place granulated sugar into a food processer)
 mix sugar into the egg whites then add the vanilla. Mix until still peaks form
 pipe meringue on parchment paper, making hershey kiss shapes.
 cook the meringues in an undisturbed oven for an hour.
 melt chocolate and add crisco if wanted for a smoother texture
 once meringues are dried out take out of oven
dip each meringue into chocolate.

Recipes:
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate morsels (add more if needed)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper
in a bowl beat egg whites until foamy then add cream of tartar, beat until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, once sugar has been added add vanilla. Beat until still stiff peaks form.
Place meringue into a bag and pipe meringues in a hershey kiss shape. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour undisturbed. Then turn off heat and let meringues sit in the oven for a fews hours or until really dry.
melt chocolate, add crisco if desired. dip the bottom portion of the meringue into the chocolate. allow to sit at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.


Chocolate Rasberry Mints


The ingredients needed are: semi-sweet chocolate morsels, rasberry extract (or peppermint works too), cream cheese, and powdered sugar
combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar
mix the cheese and sugar until well combined
add in the extract
combine together
roll out the mixture into balls onto wax or parchment paper
indent each ball with either your finger or a 1/4 teaspoon. let balls chill
melt the chocolate, to make chocolate smoother add a small amount of crisco
place chocolate into a bag and pipe into indentation. chill mints. until served.

Recipe:
1 lb. powdered sugar (about 3 3/4 cups)
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 teaspoon of rasberry extract ( or peppermint extract)
6 oz. semi- sweet chocolate mosels

Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. mix until well combined. Then add extract, combine. Form balls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper. Make an indentation into the balls using your finger or 1/4 teaspoon. let balls chill. Melt chocolate (add crisco, about 1/2 teaspoon, for smoother chocolate) Place chocolate in a bag and pipe chocolate into the indentation in the mints. Chill until serving.

Peanutbutter Chews

 Things you need: wax paper, light corn syrup, peanutbutter, sugar, corn flakes
 place the sugar and light corn syrup in a medium sauce pan
 allow sugar to boil for one minute stirring constantly, remove form heat
 add peanutbutter and corn flakes to the mixture, stir until incorporated
 drop by spoonfuls onto the wax paper.

can be enjoyed later or right away.

Recipe:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
12 oz. of peanutbutter (a little more than 1 cup)
6 cups corn flakes

Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring the sugar and light corn syrup to a boil. Boil for one minute stirring constantly. Remove form heat and add peanutbutter and corn flakes. Stir ontil everything is well coated. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto the wax paper.
